First Tuesday Ethics Discussions (FTEDs) provide a forum for education through discussion of ethical issues in healthcare. All ACH and UAMS staff (and other parties interested in these topics) are invited to attend on-site at ACH or through videoconferencing.

Each month (except for July) there will be a presentation and discussion an ethically challenging topic in healthcare.

When: First Tuesday of each month (except July)
Where: ACH BETTY LOWE (3rd flr.) CLASSROOM in the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Administration area directly above the cafeteria.

Cookies and drinks are provided.

Be sure to mark your calendar for the FIRST Tuesday of each month @ 3:00 pm.

PLEASE let ANY and ALL potentially interested parties know about these events!

FTEDs are videoconferenced
Call Arkansas Children’s Hospital Telehealth at 501-364-3040 to coordinate a connection between your site and ACH. They will need to know an IP address for videoconference equipment and that’s it!

If you have any questions or an idea for an FTED topic, please send it along to
D. Micah Hester (hesterdm@uams.edu). Thank you.
